摘　　要：党的十九大报告指出,“要以提升组织力为重点,突出政治功能,把企业、农村、机关、学校、科研院所、街道社区、社会组织等基层党组织建设成为宣传党的主张、贯彻党的决定、领导基层治理、团结动员群众、推动改革发展的坚强战斗堡垒。”社区党建是党的基层组织建设的重要内容,是夯实党在城市基层的执政基础,做好社区工作,关系群众的切身利益,关系党的路线方针政策在城市基层贯彻执行。The report of the 19th congress pointed out that“we should enhance the organization ability as the key point,highlight the political function and build grass-roots party organizations such as enterprises,rural areas,organs,schools,scientific research institutes,street communities and social organizations into a strong battle bulwark for publicizing the party's propositions,implementing its decisions,leading grass-roots governance,uniting and mobilizing the masses,and promoting reform and development”.Community party building is an important part of the party's grassroots organization construction,is to consolidate the party's ruling foundation at the urban grass-roots level,do a good job in community work,related to the vital interests of the masses,and related to the implementation of the party's line,principles and policies at the urban grass-roots level.
