摘 要:采用三因素三水平响应面试验设计研究含水率、温度、压力对向日葵秸秆成型燃料物理特性(密度、耐久性、抗跌碎性)的影响规律,并应用马氏距离法对工艺参数进行三响应优化设计。结果表明:向日葵秸秆固体燃料密度与含水率成反比,与压力成正比,随温度升高呈先增后缓趋势。耐久性和抗跌碎性均随含水率升高而降低,随温度、压力的升高而升高。当含水率在5%~8%,温度在110~140℃,压力在100~120 MPa时可成型优质向日葵秸秆燃料。三响应优化参数组合为:含水率5.8%,温度128.8℃,压力114.0 MPa,此条件下燃料密度、耐久性、抗跌碎性分别达1.03 g/cm^3、98.75%、99.76%,此结果可为向日葵秸秆固体燃料的工业化制备提供理论参考。In this paper,the effects of moisture content,temperature and pressure on the physical properties(density,durability and impact resistance)of sunflower straw forming fuel were studied by using three-factor and three-level response surface test,and the three-response optimization design of the process parameters was carried out by using the Mahalanobis distance method. The results show that the density of sunflower straw solid fuel is inversely proportional to the water content,and it was proportional to the pressure. Also it increases first and then decreases with the increase of temperature. Both durability and impact resistance decrease with the increase of water content and increase with temperature and pressure. When the moisture content is between 5% and 8%,the temperature is between 110 °C and140 ℃,and the pressure is between 100 MPa and 120 MPa,high quality sunflower straw fuel can be formed. Three response optimization parameter are combined:moisture content 5.8%,temperature 128.8 ℃,pressure 114.0 MPa.Under these conditions,the fuel density,durability and impact resistance reached 1.03 g/cm3,98.75% and 99.76%,respectively. The result provide a theoretical reference for the industrial preparation of sunflower straw solid fuel.
