摘  要:以成型颗粒在卧式管式炉中燃烧时的热解阶段为例,对成型颗粒采用一维壳层模型划分单元,采用Matlab软件编程求解;对炉内环境采用二维模型划分单元,用Fluent软件计算;计算过程中颗粒和环境间的数据交换采用C程序编写的Matlab和Fluent各自I/O函数实现。结果表明,计算和实验数据吻合良好,计算速度快。Taking pyrolysis stage of biomass pellet in horizontal tube furnace burning as an example,using onedimensional shell model for pellet to divide unit and calculating this model by software Matlab,coupled with two dimensional CFD model for inner furnace environment, the pyrolysis stage of a corn-stover-pellet burning in tube furnace was simulated used the coupled model. The data exchange between the two programs was realized by the I/O function of Matlab and Fluent. Results show that the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental data. And the calculation cost is low.
