摘  要:以苹果修剪枝为试验对象,选取温度、升温速率和保温时间为试验因素,以木醋液产率为指标,通过单因素试验和响应面分析,研究炭化条件对苹果修剪枝制备木醋液产率的影响规律。采用单因素试验初步确定适宜的炭化条件,根据响应面分析法的中心组合设计试验,得到木醋液产率最佳的炭化工艺条件为温度483.87℃、升温速率6.91℃/min、保温时间137.31 min,预测木醋液产率为33.81%,验证木醋液产率为35.06%。证明温度对苹果修剪枝炭化制备木醋液产率影响的主效应显著,而升温速率和保温时间对木醋液产率影响的主效应均不显著,影响因子的主效应主次顺序为温度>保温时间>升温速率。在因素水平范围内的交互作用中,温度、升温速率和保温时间两两之间的交互作用对木醋液产率的影响均不显著。In this study,apple pruning branches as the research object is applied to explore the effect of temperature,heating rate,and holding time on the yield of wood vinegar through the single factor test and response surface analysis.The suitable carbonization condition is preliminarily determined by single factor test;then according to the central composite design test of response surface methodology,the optimal carbonization condition is that temperature is483.87 ℃,heating rate is 6.91 ℃/min and holding time is 137.31 min;the predicted yield of wood vinegar is 33.81%,and the actual yield is 35.06%. These results demonstrate that the operating temperature has main influence on the yield of wood vinegar from apple pruning branches is significant,while the heating rate and holding time are the side effects on the yield. Their effects order is temperature > heat preservation time > heating rate. Their interactions between these factors,including temperature,heating rate and holding time has no significant effect on wood vinegar yield.
