摘  要:阀门是管路系统必不可少的控制元件,其流体动力噪声是舰船管路主要噪声源之一。该文采取CFD/CAA多步骤混合计算方法,应用CFD软件FLUENT和声学软件ACTRAN,对某型截止阀及其加装小孔消声装置的改进阀的流场、等效声源场和声场进行了数值模拟和分析,获得了小孔消声装置对阀内流动声源的控制效果及其机理分析。通过数值模拟阀门流道对白噪声声源的响应,对两型阀门腔内声学共振特性进行了数值计算,并通过对比流动噪声频谱,得到阀门腔内声共振特性对流动噪声的重要影响。通过在FLUENT软件中加UDF模块计算Lighthill方程右端源项,对阀门内等效声源分布进行了便于工程应用的3D直观显示和定位。通过对阀门纵向主截面速度分布进行本征正交分解(POD)分析,得到了流动的时均流和各阶模态速度场,对阀内流动相干结构与流动声源之间的关系进行了分析探讨。The valve is an essential part of piping system and its aero-dynamic noise is one of main noise sources in ship’s piping system.The hybrid CFD/CHA approaches are applied in this paper,and the CFD software FLUENT and the acoustic software ACTRAN are used to numerically simulate and analyze the fluid-fields,equivalent aero-acoustical source fields and sound fields in a stop valve and its improved type with small hole muffler at several flow velocities.The noise reduction effects and mechanics of the aperture noise reduction device are analyzed numerically.The acoustic resonance characteristics of these two types of valve chambers are obtained by numerically simulating the acoustic response of the valve chambers with a white noise plane source at the valve entrance or exit.And the influence of the acoustic resonance characteristics of valves’chambers on the valve noise is obtained by comparing between the sound pressure spectra with and without flow.It shows that the acoustic resonance is very important to the valve noise.The intuitive 3 D display of equivalent aero-acoustical source fields in the valves,which is convenient for engineering application,is obtained by adding UDF module to calculating the source term of Lighthill’s equation in FLUENT.The mean flow and the velocity fields of POD modes are obtained by applying the Proper Orthogonal Decomposition(POD)analysis to the velocity fields on valves’main vertical section-plane.And the relationship between flow coherence patterns and aero-acoustical sources is discussed.
