摘  要:以聚脲树脂为壁材,香茅油为芯材,碱木质素、酸析木质素和木质素磺酸钠为乳化剂,制备了一系列木质素基聚脲树脂香精微胶囊。采用红外光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、激光粒度仪、紫外分光光度计和热重分析仪测试表征了微胶囊的化学结构、表面形貌、粒径、载药量和耐热性能。结果表明,采用三种木质素基乳化剂,都能制备出形貌良好的球形微胶囊,其中采用酸析木质素和木质素磺酸钠所制备的微胶囊具有更规整的形貌和更高的载药量。以酸析木质素为乳化剂时,其用于微胶囊制备的适宜质量分数为4.5%,所制备的香茅油@聚脲树脂微胶囊与未包覆的香茅油相比,耐热稳定性显著提高。A series of lignin-based polyurea resin flavor microcapsules are prepared by using polyurea resin as wall material,citronella oil as core material,alkali lignin,acid lignin or sodium lignosulfonate as em ulsifiers.The chem ical structure,surface morphology,theoretical loading capacity and heat resistance of the m icrocapsules are analyzed by infrared spectrometer,scanning electron m icroscope,laser particle size analyzer,ultraviolet spectrophotom eter and thermo gravim etric analyzer.The results show that spherical m icrocapsules with good morphology can be prepared by using alkali lignin,acid lignin or sodium lignosulfonate as em ulsifiers.The m icrocapsules prepared by using acid lignin and sodium lignosulfonate have a more regular morphology and a higher loading capacity.W hen the acid lignin is used as an emulsifier,the suitable concentration for the preparation of the m icrocapsules is 4.5%,and the prepared citronella oil@polyurea resin m icrocapsules have a markedly improved heat resistance stability com pared to the uncoated citronella oil.
