摘  要:应用快速消泡型抗酚黄变剂FK-162B对锦氨织物进行抗酚黄变处理,采用控制变量试验法优化整理工艺;并通过对比市售抗酚黄变剂来综合评价FK-162B的性能。锦氨织物FK-162B浸渍法的优化工艺为:FK-162B 4%(omf),柠檬酸0.5 g/L,整理时间20 min,整理温度60℃,浴比1∶20。在该条件下,增白及浅色锦氨织物的抗酚黄变剂性能可以达到4~5级。相比于市售同类产品,FK-162B具有更优秀的消泡性能和耐存储性能,同时,对水质的适应性更广泛。FK-162B本身不含甲醛,整理后的织物也不吸甲醛,绿色环保。The rapid defoaming anti-phenol yellowing agent FK-162 B is applied to nylon/polyurethane fabric to resist phenol yellowing,and the optimum finishing process is discussed by controlling variable experiment method.The performance of FK-162 B is evaluated comprehensively by comparing the commercial anti-phenol yellowing agent.The results show that the optimum impregnation process is FK-162 B 4%,citric acid 0.5 g/L,and finishing at 60℃for 20 min with bath ratio is 1∶20.Under these conditions,the anti-phenol yellowing resistance of whitened and light-shade nylon/polyurethane fabrics can reach Grade 4~5.Compared with similar commercial products,FK-162 B has better rapid defoaming performance and storage resistance,and it has more extensive adaptability to water quality.FK-162 B is formaldehyde free,and the finished fabric does not absorb formaldehyde,which is green and environmentally-friendly.
