摘 要:以碳酸镧铈和氟化铵为原料,采用球磨法制备前驱体氟碳酸稀土,焙烧后得稀土抛光粉,考察球磨时间、球料质量比及球磨速率对稀土抛光粉性能的影响。通过XRD、粒度分析对粉体的物相、粒径分布进行表征,用激光共聚焦显微镜观察抛光后玻璃的表面光洁度及粗糙度。结果表明,随着球磨时间、球料质量比及球磨速率的增大,稀土抛光粉的粒度呈先减小后增大的趋势;随球磨时间的延长,氧化铈主衍射峰强度增强,半高宽增大,粉体的晶粒尺寸减小;最佳球磨参数是球磨时间为3.5 h,球料质量比为10∶1,球磨速率为300 r/min。利用上述条件下制备的稀土抛光粉对Φ7 cm的K9玻璃进行抛光,其抛蚀量为1.5525 mg/min,与抛光前K9玻璃相比较,抛光后其表面粗糙度降低,在259μm×257μm范围内面粗糙度Sa降为0.025μm。The precursor of rare earth fluorocarbonate was prepared by the method of ball milling from the materials of lanthanum cerium carbonate and ammonium fluoride.The rare earth polishing powder was obtained by calcining.Effect of ball milling parameters such as milling time,mass ratio of ball to powders and rotation velocity on the microstructure of rare earth polishing powder was researched.XRD and laser particle sizer were used to characterize the phase structure and particle size,and the surface smoothness and roughness of polished glass were observed by Laser Confocal Microsope.The results show that particle size of the polishing powders first decreases and then increases with the increase of milling time,mass ratio of ball to powders and rotation velocity.Main diffraction peaks intensity of CeO2 increases,full-widths at the half maximum(FWHM)broadens,and the grain size of the powder is reduced with the increase of milling time.The optimal ball milling parameters are as follows:the milling time is 3.5 h,the mass ratio of ball to powders is 10∶1 and the rotation velocity is 300 r/min.The burnishing mass of K9 glass with diameter of 7 cm polished by the rare earth polishing powder prepared under the above conditions was 1.5525 mg/min.Compared with the K9 glass without polishing,the surface roughness of the glass surface was decreased,and the surface roughness Sa decreased to 0.025μm in the range of 259μm×257μm.
