摘  要:为研究烟秆生物质炭中水溶性有机碳对黄瓜幼苗生长的作用,以磷酸、水、氢氧化钾分别浸提450℃烟秆生物质炭得到浸提液,并分别稀释25、50、100倍用于黄瓜育苗试验,探讨不同稀释倍数浸提液对黄瓜幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:①3种浸提液不同稀释倍数处理均能提高幼苗壮苗指数;②不同处理对幼苗茎叶、根系生长、物质分配及养分积累的作用存在明显差异,其中以酸浸提液作用效果最佳;③浸提方式、稀释倍数及二者互作效应对幼苗SPAD值、株高、叶面积、地上部干重、磷钾积累量、总根长及总体积有显著影响;④烟秆生物质炭浸提液对黄瓜幼苗具有促进作用,其中以酸浸提液效果最佳。综合而言,磷酸浸提液稀释25倍综合效果最佳,烟秆生物质炭浸提液能显著促进黄瓜幼苗生长,烟秆炭化制备生物质炭浸提液在农业生产中具有较高的应用价值。To alleviate the pollution and damage caused by the accumulation of tobacco stalks to the soil environment, a new way to realize the utilization of tobacco straw resources was opened. In this study, water, phosphoric acid and potassium hydroxide were used to extract 450 °C tobacco straw biochar, and the extracts were diluted 25 times, 50 times and 100 times respectively for cucumber plug seedling test. Results showed that: ① The dilution of the three extracts increased the seedling index of the seedlings under different dilution times. ② Different treatments had different effects on stem, leaf, root growth, material distribution and nutrient accumulation of cucumber seedlings. Among them, the effect of acid leaching solution was the best. ③ The extraction method, dilution factor and the interaction between them had significant effects on most indicators. ④ The tobacco stalk biochar extract had a promoting effect on cucumber seedlings, and the acid leaching solution had the best effect. Phosphoric acid extract diluted 25 times was the best combination. The tobacco stalk biochar extract can significantly promote the growth of cucumber seedlings, and can be potentially used in agricultural production.
