摘　　要：信息时代的发展及“互联网+教育”的兴起,要求高校教师必须充分学习和利用教学资源,在教师时间精力有限的情况下,建设高校网络教学资源“应用字典”能够提升教师对于网络教学资源的使用效率、引进优质教学资源以及一定程度提高教学质量,“应用字典”建设应以共性资源和差异化资源作为一级目录,结合学校特点突出价值倾向,紧跟时代发展进行动态更新。The development of the information age and the rise of"Internet plus education"require that university teachers must fully learn and utilize teaching resources.Under the circumstances of limited time and energy of teachers,the construction of university network teaching resources"application dictionary"can enhance teachers'resources for online teaching.The use efficiency,the introduction of high-quality teaching resources and the improvement of teaching quality to a certain extent,the"application dictionary"should be based on the common resources and differentiated resources as the first-level catalogue,combined with the characteristics of the school to highlight the value tendency,keeping up with the development of the times and dynamically updating.
