摘　　要：本文采取问卷调查的方法,随机抽取143名云南某高校学生作为研究对象,并使用SPSS软件对数据进行分析。通过对他们的就业期望与意向、就业目的、就业优劣势,以及对于就业准备、就业前景、就业渠道等就业认知展开客观的分析,探究"95后"大学生的就业认知与就业期望,并在此基础上提出相应的对策和建议。A questionnaire survey was conducted to randomly select 143 students from a university in Yunnan as a research object,and the data was analyzed using SPSS software.Through an objective analysis of their employment expectations and intentions,employment purposes,employment advantages and disadvantages,as well as employment perceptions such as employment preparation,employment prospects,employment channels,etc.,this paper explores the employment awareness and employment expectations of post-95s College students,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on this basis.
