摘 要:目的:探讨对早发型子痫前期孕妇进行血生化检测对监控其病情进展的临床效果。方法:选取2017年9月至2018年9月在成都市双流区妇幼保健院进行产前检查的164名孕妇作为研究对象。将其中未患有早发型子痫前期的孕妇作为REF组(n=82)。将其中已患有早发型子痫前期的孕妇作为OBS组(n=82)。对两组孕妇均进行血生化检测。然后,比较两组孕妇的各项临床指标。结果:OBS组孕妇血清尿酸的水平、血清肌酸激酶的水平、血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶的水平、血清肌酐的水平、血清碱性磷酸酶的水平、血清乳酸脱氢酶的水平、血清α-羟丁酸脱氢酶的水平、血清天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶的水平及血浆纤维蛋白原的水平均高于REF组孕妇,P <0.05;其血清白蛋白的水平和血清总蛋白的水平均低于REF组孕妇,P <0.05;其凝血酶时间长于REF组孕妇,P <0.05;其活化部分凝血活酶时间和凝血酶原时间均短于REF组孕妇,P <0.05。结论:对早发型子痫前期孕妇进行血生化检测,可有效地监控其病情的进展。objective: to investigate the clinical effect of blood biochemical test on monitoring the progress of preeclampsia in pregnant women. Methods: 164pregnant women who underwent prenatal examination in chengdu shuangliu district maternal and child health care hospital from September 2017 to September 2018were selected as subjects. Pregnant women without preeclampsia were assigned to the REF group (n=82). Pregnant women with preeclampsia were included in the OBSgroup (n=82). Blood biochemical tests were performed on pregnant women in both groups. Then, the two groups of pregnant women to compare the clinical indicators.Results: OBS group of pregnant women serum uric acid level and the levels of serum creatine kinase, serum alanine aminotransferase levels, serum creatinine level, thelevel of serum alkaline phosphatase, serum lactate dehydrogenase levels, the level of serum alpha hydroxybutyric acid dehydrogenase, serum aspartate aminotransferaselevels and plasma fibrinogen levels were higher than REF group of pregnant women, P <0.05;The serum albumin level and the serum total protein level were lowerthan those of the REF group (P<0.05). The thrombin time was longer than that of pregnant women in REF group (P<0.05). The time of activated part of thrombin andprothrombin was shorter than that of pregnant women in REF group, P<0.05. Conclusion: blood biochemical test can effectively monitor the progress of early eclampsiain pregnant women.
