抗ENA抗体检测和体液免疫检验在诊断系统性红斑狼疮中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨抗ENA抗体检测和体液免疫检验在诊断系统性红斑狼疮中的应用价值。方法:选取2019年1月至6月在绵阳市中心医院进行治疗的50例系统性红斑狼疮患者和进行健康体检的50例健康人作为研究对象。将其中进行健康体检的健康人设为REF组(n=50)。将其中进行治疗的系统性红斑狼疮患者设为OBS组(n=50)。对两组受检者均进行抗ENA抗体检测和体液免疫检验。然后,比较两组受检者体内免疫球蛋白G的水平、免疫球蛋白A的水平、补体C3的水平、补体C4的水平及进行抗ENA抗体检测结果的阳性率。结果:OBS组患者体内免疫球蛋白G的水平和免疫球蛋白A的水平均高于REF组健康人,P<0.05。OBS组患者体内补体C3的水平和补体C4的水平均低于REF组健康人,P<0.05。OBS组患者进行抗ENA抗体检测结果的阳性率高于REF组健康人,P<0.05。结论:对系统性红斑狼疮患者进行抗ENA抗体检测和体液免疫检验,可辅助诊断其病情。objective: to explore the application value of anti-ena antibody test and humoral immune test in the diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus. Methods:50 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus treated in mianyang central hospital from January to June 2019 and 50 healthy people who underwent physical examinationwere selected as subjects. The healthy persons who underwent physical examination were set as REF group (n=50). Patients treated with systemic lupus erythematosuswere assigned to the OBS group (n=50). Anti-ena antibody test and humoral immunity test were performed in both groups. Immunoglobulin G levels, immunoglobulinA levels, complement C3 levels, complement C4 levels and positive rates of anti-ena antibody tests were then compared between the two groups. Results: the levels ofimmunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin A in OBS group were higher than those in REF group, P < 0.05. The levels of complement C3 and complement C4 in OBS groupwere lower than those in REF group, P<0.05. The positive rate of anti-ena antibody test in OBS group was higher than that in REF group (P<0.05). Conclusion: antienaantibody test and humoral immune test can be used to diagnose systemic lupus erythematosus.
