摘  要:在当前中美贸易摩擦日益加剧的形势下,大力增强国内消费对经济发展的拉动力,推动市场消费升级具有宏观战略意义。通过对湖南消费市场进行问卷调查分析,我们发现:消费新业态新模式给传统产业和企业带来了强大冲击,大力推进享受型发展型消费需求满足是未来的重点,信息化、智能化、共享化、低碳化消费发展是大趋势。为此,要大力发展商贸流通业,提高流通业效率和效益;实施四大品质消费工程,促进服务和实物消费升级;加强软硬环境建设,提高消费者信心和意愿。Under the current situation of increasing trade friction between China and the United States, it is of great strategic significance to vigorously enhance the driving force of domestic consumption on economic development and promote market consumption upgrade. Through a questionnaire survey of the Hunan consumption market, we found that the new consumption format and new consumption mode have brought a strong impact on traditional industries and enterprises, and vigorously promoting the satisfaction of enjoyment-oriented consumption and development-oriented consumption demand is the focus of the future,information, intelligence, and sharing consumption and the development of low-carbon consumption lead the future trend. The suggestion is that we must vigorously develop the commerce and trade circulation industry,improve the efficiency and beneficial result of the circulation industry;implement four quality consumption projects, promote the upgrading of services and physical consumption;strengthen the construction of soft and hard environment, and enhance consumer’s confidence and willingness.
