摘　　要：该文通过梳理于保定市农民思想教育中“谁来教”“教什么”“如何教”“拿啥教”中存在的问题,明确问题出现的原因主要包括农民思想教育队伍思想存在偏差以及农民人生观、道德观、社会公德和职业道德教育缺失后,进而从加强农民思想教育队伍建设、加大农民思想教育内容创新、完善农民思想教育方式形式、加强农民思想教育载体建设四个方面提出对策及建议。By sorting out the problems existing in"who to teach","what’s the content","how to teach"and"what’s the tools’"in the ideological education of peasants in Baoding city,this paper clarifies that the reasons for the problems mainly include the ideological deviation of peasants'ideological education team and the absence of peasants'outlook on life,morality,social morality and professional ethics education.Then,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects:strengthening the construction of peasants'ideological education team,increasing the innovation of peasants'ideological education content,perfecting the form of peasants'ideological education,and strengthening the construction of peasants'ideological education carrier.
