摘　　要：创新能力培养是新工科背景下高等教育的目标,也是当今社会对人才的需求.南京工程学院网络工程专业在教学改革发展和实施过程中,探索了一条独具特色的培养途径.本文从教育理念、课程体系、校企合作、项目化教学、普及化竞赛等方面进行了总结和介绍.The cultivation of innovative ability is the goal of Higher Education under the background of new engineering,and it is also the demand for talents in today's society.The network engineering specialty of Nanjing Institute of Engineering has explored a unique way of training in the process of teaching reform,development and implementation.This paper summarizes and introduces the educational concept,curriculum system,school-enterprise cooperation,project-based teaching,popularization competition and so on.
