摘 要:目的基于多个数据库软件,根据网络药理学方法探讨地榆主要成分的药理活性,并分析和预测其潜在的作用机制。方法首先在TCMSP数据库中检索并收集中药地榆的主要成分,然后利用基因、蛋白等分析工具分析所获得成分的相关作用靶点以及信号通路。再应用DAVID在线软件,将地榆成分所对应的靶点进行富集和通路注释,并采用Cytoscape软件构建地榆的成分-靶点-信号通路网络互作图,根据互作图对地榆的传统活性进行深入分析。结果数据库检索到地榆的成分中有20个主要活性成分,在治疗癌症、炎症、内分泌代谢疾病、神经变性疾病、免疫疾病等方面具有较强的作用。这些成分共作用于230个靶点,并涉及主要富集通路118条。结论本研究发现地榆在抗肿瘤抗氧化等传统药理作用研究中体现出了中药多成分、多靶点、多途径的作用特点,该结果可为后续对地榆的药理药效进行全面认识和深入研究提供参考和指导。Objective To explore pharmacological activity of the main compounds in Sanguisorba officinalis L.and toanalyze and predict its potential mechanism based on multiple database softwares.Methods Based on the retrieval and collection of main compounds from Sanguisorba officinalis L.in TCMSP database,related targets and signaling pathways acquired were analyzed by using analytical tools such as those for genes and proteins.DAVID online software was applied to conduct enrichment and pathway annotation for the corresponding targets of the compounds inSanguisorba officinalis L.A network interaction diagram of compound-target-signaling pathway of Sanguisorba officinalis L.was established by Cytoscape software.According to theinteraction diagram,traditional activity of Sanguisorba officinalis L.was deeply analyzed.Results A total of 20 main active compounds in Sanguisorba officinalis L.were retrieved in the database,acting on 230 targets who had 118 enrichment pathways.These compounds of Sanguisorba officinalis L.played a certain role in the treatment of cancer,inflammation,endocrine and metabolic diseases,neurodegenerative diseases,immune diseases and so on.Conclusion In this study,we found that Sanguisorba officinalis L.has the characteristics of multi-component,multi-target and multi-pathway in traditional activities like anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,etc.The results can provide reference and guidance for comprehensive understanding and in-depth study on the pharmacological effects of Sanguisorba officinalis L.
