摘 要:飞机刹车分配活门是飞机液压刹车系统的核心部件。在飞机滑行过程中,飞行员通过脚踏板来控制分配活门从而控制液压系统输出的刹车压力。由于其重要性需要定期维护检修。针对分配活门各项检测指标,研制了新型液压试验台,分别对分配活门的密封性、回油口的打开压力、特定流量下液压操作的工作性能和人工操作的可行性进行了多次重复试验,结果表明各项试验结果与理论值相比较,测量误差均在允许范围内,可以达到对刹车分配活门进行多项测试的目的,具有较好的推广价值。The aircraft brake distribution valve is the core component of the aircraft hydraulic brake system.During the taxiing of the aircraft,the pilot controls the distribution valve through the foot pedal to control the brake pressure output by the hydraulic system.Due to its importance,regular maintenance is required,A new hydraulic test rig is developed for the distribution of various detection indexes of the valve,and the sealing performance of the distribution valve,the opening pressure of the return port,the working performance of the hydraulic operation at a specific flow rate and the feasibility of manual operation are repeated several times.The test results show that the test results are compared with the theoretical values,and the measurement errors are within the allowable range.It can achieve the purpose of multiple tests on the brake distribution valve and has good promotion value.
