摘  要:在共轨式柴油系统,用于同一柴油机不同气缸上的不同高速开关电磁阀,需要保证不同电磁阀的性能参数差异尽可能小。同时阀的性能参数与油温相关,在测验台测试不同高速开关电磁阀时,需要保证在不同环境温度下测试油温的一致性,才能保证测试结果的可对比性。测试台为稳定高速开关电磁阀快速动作时的压力,配置有大容积的共轨管,从而使温控装置的恒温油无法快速到达电磁阀,特别是在环境温度低时。因而提出一种在不同环境温度下,保证测试电磁阀时流经阀的油温一致的方法。并通过AMESim软件建立该方案的模型,进行仿真分析,获得系统的关键参数。In the common rail diesel system,the performance parameters of different high-speed switching solenoid valves on different cylinders of the same diesel engine are as small as possible.At the same time,the performance parameters of the valve are related to the oil temperature.When testing different high-speed switching solenoid valves,it is necessary to ensure the same oil temperature under different ambient temperatures,so as to ensure the comparability of test results.The test bench is equipped with a large volume of common rail pipe to stabilize the pressure when high-speed switching solenoid valve rapidly responds,so that the constant temperature oil of the temperature control device cannot reach the solenoid valve quickly,especially when the ambient temperature is low.A method is presented to ensure the same oil temperature through the solenoid valve at different ambient temperatures.AMESim is used to establish the model of the method and the simulation analysis is carried out to obtain the key parameters of the system.
