摘  要:对液压集成块漏油原因进行分析,重点分析了集成块热处理工艺对集成块漏油的影响;利用SECOMan对某轧机层流冷却装置液压控制系统中翻转阀组的集成块进行三维建模,并利用有限元分析软件ANSYS WORKBENCH对其进行静力学分析。根据分析结果可知,系统压力超过22 MPa时需要对集成块进行调质处理,这对编制集成块加工工艺流程具有一定指导意义。The causes of oil leakage in hydraulic manifold block are analyzed in this paper,and the influence of manifold block heat treatment process on the oil leakage is analyzed.The three-dimensional modeling of the manifold block of the a rolling mill laminar cooling device inverted valve group in the hydraulic control system is carried out by SECOMan.And static analysis was performed using the finite element analysis software ANSYS WORKBENCH.According to the analysis results,it is necessary to quench and temper the manifold block when the maximum pressure of the hydraulic system exceeds 22 MPa,which has certain guiding significance for programming the manifold block processing process.
