真丝织物的红黄色系植物染色实践及产品设计

摘　　要：为了获取十种红黄系植物染料在不同时间和媒染剂下的染色色卡,设计制作后期产品。文章选取了苏木、茜草、莲子、五倍子、虎杖、公丁香、槐米、栀子、地黄、黄柏这几种中药植物作为染色试验材料,通过运用多种媒染剂以及控制染色时间的方法,在真丝欧根纱上进行了染色试验。得到了不同明度和纯度的红黄色系植物染色样卡。一方面,该染色成果可为红黄系植物染在真丝织物上的染色效果提供染色依据,另一方面,研发人员可以在此基础上进行相关产品的设计开发,并推进染色成果的进一步转换。In order to obtain the dyed color cards of ten kinds of red-yellow plant dyes under different time and mordant,design and manufacture the later products.In this paper,several traditional Chinese medicine plants,such as sumu,valerian,lotus seed,gallnut,Polygonum cuspidatum,male clove,glutinous rice,medlar,rehmannia,and phellodendron,were selected as dyeing test materials,by using various mordants and controlling the dyeing time.A dyeing test was carried out on the silk ougel.Red-yellow plant staining samples of different brightness and purity were obtained.On the one hand,the dyeing results can provide a basis for dyeing the dyeing effect of red and yellow plants on silk fabrics.On the other hand,the research and development personnel can carry out the design and development of related products and further promote the conversion of dyeing results.
