摘  要:以航天飞行器产品中(采用GH4169材料)结构复杂、加工精度要求高的测试转接阀体为例,对自行设计的整体硬质合金非标铣刀进行反复切削试验以确定刀具的几何角度和切削参数。试验结果表明,工件加工质量完全符合设计要求,且加工效率提高60%,产品合格率提高30%,刀具配置数量减少30%。Taking the test transfer valve body with complex structure and high machining accuracy in aerospace vehicle product(GH4169)as an example,the non-standard cemented carbide milling cutter is designed to be tested repeatedly to determine the geometric angle and cutting parameters of the tool.The result shows that the machining quality of the workpiece can fully meet the design requirements and the machining effect is obtained.The rate is increased by 60%,the qualified rate of the product is increased by 30%,and the number of tool configuration is reduced by 30%.
