摘　　要：文章对高校教学档案数据库著录中的常见问题进行了系统分析,研究指出管制高校教学档案数据库著录质量的对策与措施,既要有成熟配套的规章制度约束,也要有健全完善的工作机制保障,更要有教学档案数据库著录规范标准要求,才能做好高校教学档案数据库著录工作。This paper systematically analyses the common problems in the description of teaching archives database in colleges and universities,and points out that the countermeasures and measures to control the quality of the description of teaching archives database in colleges and universities should not only be restricted by mature and matching rules and regulations,but also be guaranteed by sound and perfect working mechanism,and also be required by standard requirements of the description of teaching archives database in order to do a good job of teaching archives database description in colleges and universities.
