摘　　要：本文采用问卷调查法调研了广东省高校档案部门立卷的基本情况,调查结果显示兼职档案员对部门立卷认识匮乏,档案工作者普遍支持推行部门立卷工作,高校档案部门立卷推进程度却呈两极分化状态。文章提出了"全面化"部门立卷的概念,归纳总结了高校档案馆实施"全面化"部门立卷的五个策略。This paper investigates the basic filing situation of archives departments in colleges and universities of Guangdong with questionnaire survey method.The findings show that part-time archivists do not know much about department filing,that archivists generally support departmental filing,and that the filing of archives departments in colleges and universities is in a state of polarization.The paper puts forward the concept of comprehensive filing of departments and finally summarizes five strategies for comprehensive filing of university archives departments.
