针刺“根三穴”配合毫火针治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效及对神经功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:针刺"根三穴"配合毫火针治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效及对神经功能的影响。方法:将我院收治的120例神经根型颈椎病患者按照随机数字法分成两组,各50例。对照组给予毫火针治疗,治疗组给予针刺"根三穴"配合毫火针治疗,两组均持续治疗2个月。对比两组患者临床疗效、VAS评分、生活质量评分和CSS评分。结果:经过治疗后治疗组总有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后VAS评分和CSS评分显著下降(P<0.05);SF-36评分显著升高(P<0.05);并且治疗组VAS评分和CSS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组SF-36评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良事件发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用针刺"根三穴"配合毫火针治疗神经根型颈椎病具有较好的临床疗效,并且能够降低患者VAS评分,改善患者生活质量和神经功能。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of needling"root three points"combined with milli-fire acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR)and its influence to neurological function.Methods:120 CSR patients were randomly divided into the control group(n=60)and the treatment group(n=60).The control group was treated with the milli-fire acupuncture;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with needling"root three points".After two months of treatment,VAS scores,quality of life scores and CSS scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores and CSS scores decreased significantly(P<0.05),and SF-36 scores were increased significantly(P<0.05)in the two groups after the treatment;of which the improvements of the treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:It is effective to treat CSR by needling"root three points"combined with milli-fire acupuncture,which can reduce VAS scores,improve patients’quality of life and neurological function.
