摘　　要：目的:观察桥本氏甲状腺炎患者与健康对照者外周血免疫调节细胞比例的差异。方法:入组88例桥本氏甲状腺炎患者及102例健康对照,流式细胞术分别检测其外周血抑制性T细胞(Ts)、辅助性T细胞(Th)、B淋巴细胞(B)、自然杀伤T细胞(NKT)等免疫细胞亚群,比较两组间比例差异。结果:与健康对照相比,桥本氏甲状腺炎患者抑制性T细胞比例降低,辅助性T细胞、B淋巴细胞及NKT细胞比例升高。结论:桥本氏甲状腺炎患者外周血中存在免疫调节细胞亚群比例的失衡,在桥本氏甲状腺炎的发生发展中发挥一定作用。Objective:To evaluate the changes of varies immune regulatory cells in peripheral blood of patients with Hashimoto′s Thyroiditis(HT).Methods: Peripheral blood cells were obtained from 88 HT patients and 102 normal subjects.The proportions of suppressor T cells(Ts),helper T cells(Th),B lymphcytes and NKT cells were analyzed with flow cytometry.Results: Compared with normal subjects,the proportions of suppressor T cells significantly decreased in HT patients.However,the proportions of helper T cells,B lymphocytes and NKT cells significantly increased in HT patients compared with normal subjects.Conclusion: There are disorders in varies immune regulatory cells in HT patients,which may play important roles in the onset and progression of HT.
