摘　　要：目的:基于医院临床数据中心和信息集成平台的建设,设计和开发服务于临床药事工作的全流程临床药学信息管理系统。方法:采用Microsoft.NET 4.5作为运行框架,基于.NET的MVC 5.0开发,数据库采用Microsoft SQL Server 2012,患者就诊数据通过ESB接口从临床数据中心(CDR)获得,保证数据的实时性,系统的解耦合。结果:通过系统帮助药师从对"药"到对"人"的转变,让药师走进临床真正为患者服务,为医院的精细化管理提供数据平台。结论:系统有效地减少临床用药的风险,真正实现智慧医疗,提高医疗服务质量。Objective: Based on the construction of hospital clinical data center and information integration platform, design and develop the whole process information management system for clinical pharmacy. Methods: Microsoft.NET 4.5 is used as the runtime framework, MVC 5.0 based on.Net is developed, and the database adopts Microsoft SQL Server 2012. Patient visiting data is obtained from clinical data center(CDR) through ESB interface to ensure real-time data and decouple the system. Results: Through the system, to help hospitals transform pharmacists from "drugs" to "people", let the pharmacist go into the clinic and really serve the patient, to provide data platform for the refine management of hospitals. Conclusion: This system breaks the barrier that the pharmacy work can not be transferred to beforehand, effectively reduces the risk of clinical medication, truly realizes intelligent medical treatment, and improves the quality of medical service.
