摘　　要：在中医电子病历系统的设计中应充分体现中医辨证论治的核心思想,运用结构化诊断、临床路径、处方模板、协定处方等手段,构建了具有中医特色的电子病历系统,从而帮助医生在辨证论治的基础上记录和分析患者病情,积累临床经验和提高业务水平。In the design of electronic medical record system(EMR) of traditional Chinese medicine, the core thought of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine should be fully embodied. We have constructed the electronic medical record system with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine by means of structured diagnosis, clinical path, prescription template, prescription agreement and so on, thus to help doctors record and analyze the patient’s condition, accumulate clinical experience and improve the level of business on the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment.
