摘　　要：目的:落实国家分级诊疗制度,通过信息化手段实现医联体上级医院优质医疗资源有序下沉。方法:租用第三方运营商云机房搭建云PACS平台服务器存储等所需硬件资源,利用医疗卫生专网,连通各基层医疗机构,使上下级医疗机构均可接入云PACS平台中。结果:通过区域影像会诊平台,达到了患者基层医院拍片,上级医院阅片出具诊断报告的目的。结论:使基层医院患者也可享受到三甲医院专家服务,同时也提升了基层医院医疗服务水平。Objective: To implement the national grading diagnosis and treatment system, and to realize the orderly sinking of highquality medical resources in the upper-level hospitals of medical associations through informationization. Methods: Renting the cloud equipment room from third-party operator to build the necessary hardware resources such as server storage of the cloud PACS platform, and utilize the medical and health network connects all primary medical institutions so that the upper and lower medical institutions can access the cloud PACS platform. Results: Through the regional image consultation platform, the patient’s grassroots hospitals are filmed, and the higher level hospitals issue diagnostic reports. Conclusion: Patients in primary hospitals can also enjoy the expert services of first class hospitals, and also improve the medical service level of the primary hospitals.
