门诊医保自助缴费的实践

摘　　要：基层医院都要开展普通门诊医保业务,自助挂号缴费机也有投入使用,由于医保政策的要求,自助机能开展医保自助结算业务的不多,只能完成全自费患者缴费工作。本文对参保患者自助式完成门诊费用统筹报销业务进行介绍,同时将互联网技术(移动支付)融入到自助缴费系统中。先从自助式医保结算可行性谈起,其次详细介绍自助医保结算的主要流程和关键功能,最后是使用评价和对未来的期待。介绍本项目实践经验,希望能给基层医院解决自助医保报销项目实施提供参考。The basic hospitals must carry out the general outpatient medical insurance business, and the self-service registration payment machine is also put into use. Due to the requirements of the medical insurance policy, the self-service function can carry out the medical insurance self-settlement business, and only the self-paying patient payment work can be completed. This paper introduces the insured patient self-service completion of outpatient expenses co-ordination reimbursement business, and integrates Internet technology(mobile payment) into the self-service payment system. Start with the feasibility of self-service medical insurance settlement, followed by a detailed description of the main processes and key functions of self-service medical insurance settlement, and finally the use of evaluation and expectations for the future. Introduce the practical experience of this project, and hope to provide reference for the implementation of self-service medical insurance reimbursement project for primary hospitals.
