手足外伤应用封闭负压引流术的护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨封闭负压引流术联合护理干预对手足外伤临床效果。方法选取该院2017年4月—2018年8月接诊的手足外伤患者78例,将其按照入院的先后顺序分成观察组39和对照组39例,对照组患者进行常规治疗和护理,观察组患者使用封闭负压引流术和全面护理干预,对比两组患者的治疗效果、感染情况和并发症发生率。结果观察组痊愈率87.17%、感染率5.12%、并发症发生率为5.12%,对照组痊愈率66.66%、感染率23.07%、并发症发生率为20.51%,对比差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.622、5.186、4.129,P<0.05)。结论对手足外伤患者使用封闭负压引流术联合有效的护理能够有效促进患者痊愈,减少感染和并发症的发生率,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of closed negative pressure drainage combined with nursing intervention on the injury of the foot. Methods A total of 78 patients with hand and foot trauma who were admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled. They were divided into observation group 39 and control group(39 cases) according to the order of admission. The control group received routine treatment and nursing. Patients in the observation group were treated with closed vacuum drainage and comprehensive nursing intervention to compare the treatment outcome, infection status and complication rate between the two groups. Results The cure rate of the observation group was 87.17%, the infection rate was 5.12%, the complication rate was 5.12%, the cure rate of the control group was 66.66%, the infection rate was 23.07%, and the complication rate was 20.51%. The comparison was statistically significant,,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.622, 5.186,4.129,P<0.05) Conclusion Closed negative pressure drainage combined with effective nursing in patients with foot injury can effectively promote the recovery of patients and reduce the incidence of infection and complications, which is worthy of further application.
