寒区军队医院建设发展挑战

摘　　要：深入分析寒区条件下作战地域环境多变、致伤因素复杂、严重影响伤员救治,作战地域人烟稀少、交通条件有限、伤病员后送困难等卫勤保障面临的挑战,提出寒区军队医院应建立冻伤防治体系、加强寒区冻伤伤员后送、加快寒区卫生物资筹措、组织开展针对性耐寒训练等对策措施。This passage analysed the challenges faced by the medical support operations in cold regions thoroughly,such as combat operations those conducted in various environment and complex wounding factors that affected the treatment of the wounded seriously,also,factors such as the scarcity of population in combat areas,constrained transportation conditions those increased difficulties in caring the wounded and the sick.This passage also put forward some proposals such as establishing a system of prevention and control of frostbite,improve ways of the evacuation of frostbite victims in cold region,speeding up the work of collecting medical materials in cold region and organizing targeted training.
