摘  要:针对增大截面加固法,通过模拟试验,研究比较加固因素对加固后钢筋混凝土柱极限承载力的影响程度。利用ABAQUS建立加固钢筋混凝土柱的有限元计算模型,通过Design Expert软件中的Box-Behnken设计模拟试验,并将模拟结果与理论计算结果进行比较分析。结果表明:模拟结果与理论计算结果基本一致,有限元模拟试验结果可靠;在假定钢筋混凝土柱充分卸载的情况下,加固后柱子的极限承载力与新增混凝土的强度、截面厚度和纵向钢筋配筋率均成正相关关系,其中,截面厚度的影响程度最大,配筋率的影响程度最小,混凝土强度的影响程度居中。Aiming at the structure member strengthening with increasing section area,the influence of strengthening factors on the ultimate bearing capacity of reinforced concrete column after strengthening is studied and compared through simulation test.The finite element calculation model of strengthening concrete column by ABAQUS is established.The simulation test is designed by Box-Behnken in Design Expert software,and the simulation results are compared with the theoretical results.The results show that the simulation results are basically consistent with the theoretical calculation results,and the finite element simulation test results are reliable.Under the assumption that the reinforced concrete column is fully unloaded,the ultimate bearing capacity of the reinforced concrete column is positively correlated with the strength of the new concrete,the thickness of the section and the longitudinal reinforcement ratio,in which the influence degree of thickness of the section is the greatest,the influence degree of reinforcement ratio is the smallest,and the influence degree of concrete strength is in the middle.
