组织社会评价视角下社会组织规范化治理研究——基于全国性社会组织等级评估数据分析

摘　　要：社会组织等级评估是促进社会组织规范化治理的重要手段与制度创新。社会评价是社会组织等级评估的重要组成部分,旨在面向社会组织内外各个利益相关方开展社会调查,了解其对于社会组织发展的评价。对2015~2017年度全国性社会组织等级评估社会评价调查数据进行统计与比较,发现社会评价与社会组织规范化治理之间有着千丝万缕的内在联系。基于此,组织社会评价视角下,为进一步规范社会组织规范化治理,需构建与扩大社会组织公众网络、提升社会组织公信力建设、完善社会评价内容与主体范围以及优化社会评价调查方法。Social organization level assessment is an important means and system innovation to promote the standardized governance of social organizations.Social Evaluation is an important part of social organization level assessment.It aims to conduct social surveys for various stakeholders inside and outside social organizations to understand their evaluation of the development of social organizations.Based on the statistics and comparison of the social evaluation survey data of the 2015-2017 national Social Organization Rating Assessment,it is found that social evaluation has numerous internal relations with the standardized governance of social organizations.Based on this,from the perspective of organizational social evaluation,in order to further standardize the standardized governance of social organizations,it is necessary to construct and expand the public network of social organizations,enhance the construction of social organization credibility,improve the content and scope of social evaluation and optimize the survey method of social evaluation.
