摘 要:直接强度法(direct strength method,DSM)是预测冷弯型钢受弯构件承载力行之有效的设计方法,该方法兼顾了构件发生畸变屈曲和局部-整体相关屈曲两种主要的屈曲破坏模式,计算过程相对简单,应用性强,应用范围广,具有较为广阔的发展前景。为了进一步完善腹板开孔冷弯型钢受弯构件DSM承载力设计公式,为我国《冷弯型钢结构技术规范》的新一轮修订及工程设计提供参考,对已有的360组腹板开孔冷弯槽钢梁的试验数据及有限元参数分析数据进行了整理,将数据结果与现行北美冷弯型钢结构设计规范(NAS)(2016)中腹板开孔冷弯型钢受弯构件DSM承载力设计公式曲线进行了对比。比较结果表明,对于绝大多数腹板开孔冷弯槽钢梁而言,NAS(2016)中DSM的承载力预测结果是偏于不安全的,其中对于发生以局部屈曲为主破坏的开孔梁的预测结果偏差尤为显著。最后,基于已有的试验结果、有限元参数分析结果和弹性屈曲临界应力求解方法,得到了适用于腹板开孔冷弯槽钢梁承载力设计的DSM修正公式。Direct Strength Method is an effective design method for predicting bearing capacities of cold-formed steel flexural members,in which two primary buckling failure modes,distortional buckling and local-global buckling interaction,are taken into account.The calculation process is simple relatively,which endows it with strong applicability,wide application range and broad prospect for development.In order to further improve the DSM capacity design formulas of cold-formed steel flexural members with web holes and provide reference for revision of China′s Technical Code of Cold-formed Steel Structures and engineering design,the data from 360 groups of existed tests and finite element parametric analyses corresponding to cold-formed steel channel beams with web holes were processed to compare with the curves of DSM capacity design formulas corresponding to cold-formed steel flexural members with web holes in North American Specification for the Design of Cold-formed Steel Structural Members(2016).It is shown by comparison that the DSM in NAS(2016)provides unconservative capacity predictions for most cold-formed steel channel beams with web holes,especially for beams whose failure mode is controlled by local buckling.Therefore,the modified DSM capacity design formulas for cold-formed steel channel beams with web holes were established on the basis of existing test results,finite element parametric analysis results and the calculation method of critical elastic buckling stresses.
