摘　　要：柏拉图《法律篇》主张,选择良法及其统治是治理城邦所能采取的最好方法,依据良法而进行统治是保障人类幸福应遵循的最好原则。柏拉图的良法观蕴意丰厚:良法是人、而非神制定的成文法;遵循良法统治的生活是人类幸福生活的基本方式;良法由法律序言与法律条款构成;良法是传导理性力量的金绳索;良法具有劝服与强制的双重性能。法治是一种次好的政制;法治是良法的政治基础;关于法治的法律是良法的组成部分。良法的制定要瞄准人类的美德,特别应该遵循以理性为最高宗旨的诸善之间的自然秩序。The Laws of Plato argues that good law and the rule of the good law are the best way for governing the city,the best principle that people pursuing welfare should follow.The good law is statute law,the basic way for ensuring human happiness.It consists of a preface on legislation followed by legislative clauses,serving as a golden cord for exercising power in a rational manner.The good law has the dual nature of persuasion and coercion.The rule of law is the second best political system;the rule of law is the political foundation of good law;and the law on the rule of law is part of the good law.The formulation of the good law must aim at fostering human virtue,especially the natural order of the good,of which reason is the highest purpose.
