摘 要:考虑空心圆锥滚子的截面属性和脂润滑弹流润滑效应对轴承刚度的影响,分析了滚子与滚道的接触刚度和脂膜刚度,并基于Jones轴承拟静力学模型建立了滚子与滚道接触刚度和脂膜刚度耦合的空心圆锥滚子轴承刚度分析模型,分析了空心度、载荷和润滑介质等对轴承刚度的影响。结果表明:随空心度增大,径向和轴向刚度均减小;随转速增大,径向和轴向刚度减小;随径向载荷增大,径向和轴向刚度先减小后增大;随轴向载荷增大,径向和轴向刚度增大;随预紧量增大,径向和轴向刚度先增大后趋于稳定;随滚子转动角度增大,径向和轴向刚度均呈周期性波动;随润滑脂塑性黏度和黏压系数增大,径向和轴向刚度减小;润滑脂屈服应力对轴承刚度影响较小。Considering the influence of section properties of hollow tapered roller and the elastohydrodynamic lubrication effect of grease lubrication on bearing stiffness,the contact stiffness and grease film stiffness of roller and raceway are analyzed.Based on Jones′bearing quasi-static model,the stiffness analysis model of hollow tapered roller bearings coupled with contact stiffness and grease film stiffness of roller and raceway is established to analyze the effect of hollowness,load and lubricating medium on bearing stiffness.The results show that the radial and axial stiffness decreases with increase of hollowness,the radial and axial stiffness decreases with increase of rotational speed,the radial and axial stiffness increase first and then decrease with increase of radial load,the radial and axial stiffness increase with increase of axial load,the radial and axial stiffness increase first and then stabilize with increase of preload,the radial and axial stiffness fluctuate periodically with increase of rotational angle of roller,the radial and axial stiffness decreases with increase of plastic viscosity and viscosity-pressure coefficient of grease,and the yield stress of grease has a little effect on bearing stiffness.
