摘  要:推力角接触球轴承外圈沟道切入式磨削过程中,沟道边缘出现直线段,沟道形状加工精度难以保证。磨削过程发现:降低砂轮修整速度,将砂轮双程修整改为单程修整,使金刚笔从外圈非基面侧抬起,有助于消除沟道边缘的直线段;而修整时降低金刚笔下落速度是消除沟道边缘直线段的关键因素。通过改进砂轮的修整方法,保证了修整砂轮的成形精度。The line segment appears on edge of outer raceway,and the processing precision of raceway shape is difficult to guarantee during plunge-cut grinding of outer raceway of thrust angular contact ball bearings.It is found in the grinding process that reducing the dressing speed,changing the two-way dressing to one-way dressing,and raising the diamond pen from non-ground side of bearing outer ring during grinding wheel dressing help to eliminate line segment on edge of bearing raceway.The decrease of falling speed of diamond pen during dressing is a key factor to eliminate line segment on edge of bearing raceway.The forming precision of dressed grinding wheel is guaranteed by improving dressing method for grinding wheel.
