摘  要:目的观察酸枣提取物对高原性肺动脉高压症(HAPH)模型大鼠的干预效果及心脏损伤的改善作用。方法将50只SD大鼠采用分层随机抽样法分为平原对照组、高原模型组、阳性药物对照组、酸枣水提取物组及酸枣醇提取物组,每组10只。平原对照组大鼠在模拟平原环境实验室正常喂养45 d,其余4组大鼠进行HAPH造模处理,在模拟高原环境低压氧舱内喂养45 d。期间高原模型组不给予任何药物干预,第30 d后阳性药物对照组给予硝苯地平灌胃15 d,酸枣醇提取物组给予酸枣醇提取物灌胃15 d,酸枣水提取物组给予酸枣水提取物灌胃15 d。比较各组大鼠肺动脉压变化情况,以及血清载脂蛋白AⅠ(Apo-AⅠ)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、促红细胞生成素(EPO)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平变化情况。结果45 d后高原模型组大鼠肺动脉压明显高于平原对照组(P<0.05),阳性药物对照组、酸枣醇提取物组及酸枣水提取物组大鼠肺动脉压均低于高原模型组(P<0.05),酸枣醇提取物组及酸枣水提取物组大鼠肺动脉压均高于阳性药物对照组(P<0.05),酸枣水提取物组大鼠肺动脉压高于酸枣醇提取物组(P<0.05)。高原模型组大鼠Apo-AⅠ水平低于平原对照组(P<0.05),CRP、EPO及VEGF水平均高于平原对照组(P<0.05);阳性药物对照组、酸枣醇提取物组及酸枣水提取物组大鼠Apo-AⅠ水平均高于高原模型组(P<0.05),CRP、EPO及VEGF水平均低于高原模型组(P<0.05);酸枣醇提取物组及酸枣水提取物组大鼠血清Apo-AⅠ、CRP及VEGF水平均低于阳性药物对照组(P<0.05),酸枣醇提取物组EPO水平高于阳性药物对照组(P<0.05),酸枣水提取物组EPO水平低于阳性药物对照组(P<0.05);酸枣水提取物组大鼠Apo-AⅠ、CRP、EPO水平均低于酸枣醇提取物组(P<0.05),VEGF水平高于酸枣醇提取物组(P<0.05)。结论酸枣提取物对HAPH模型大鼠具有确切治疗作用及改善心肌损伤作用,其作用机制可能Objective To observe the intervention effect of wild jujube extract on high altitude pulmonary hypertension(HAPH)model rats and the improvement of heart injury.Methods 50 SD rats were randomly divided into plain control group,plateau model group,positive drug control group,wild jujube water extract group and wild jujube alcohol extract group using the stratified random sample,with 10 rats in each group.The rats in the plain control group were fed in the simulated plain environment laboratory for 45 days,and the other four groups of rats were treated with HAPH for model were fed in the simulated plateau environment hypobaric oxygen chamber for 45 days.During this period,the plateau model group was not given any drug intervention.After the 30th day,the positive drug control group was given nifedipine for 15 days,the wild jujube water extract group was given wild jujube water extract for 15 days,the wild jujube alcohol extract group was given wild jujube alcohol extract for 15 days.The changes of pulmonary artery pressure,serum apolipoproteinⅠ(Apo-AⅠ),C-reactive protein(CRP),erythropoietin(EPO)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)were compared in the four groups.Results After 45 days,the pulmonary artery pressure in the plateau model group was significantly higher than that in the plain control group(P<0.05),the pulmonary artery pressure in the positive drug control group,wild jujube water extract group and wild jujube alcohol extract group was lower than that in the plateau model group(P<0.05),the pulmonary artery pressure in the wild jujube alcohol extract group and wild jujube water extract group was higher than that in the positive drug control group(P<0.05),and that in the wild jujube water extract group was higher than that in the wild jujube alcohol extract group(P<0.05).The level of Apo-AⅠin plateau model group was lower than that in plain control group(P<0.05),the levels of CRP,EPO and VEGF were higher than that in plain control group(P<0.05),the level of Apo-AⅠin positive drug control group,
