果酸换肤联合胶原贴敷料治疗轻、中度寻常性痤疮近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究果酸换肤联合胶原贴敷料治疗轻、中度寻常性痤疮的近期疗效。方法:将120例轻、中度寻常性痤疮患者按照治疗方法不同分为果酸组(单用果酸换肤)、胶原贴组(单用胶原贴敷料)和联合组(果酸换肤联合胶原贴敷料),每组40例。比较三组患者炎性皮损评分、面部脂溢评分、角质层含水量和经表皮失水率(TEWL)。结果:治疗12周后,联合组总有效率为95.00%,果酸组为72.50%,胶原贴组为85.00%,三组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后6周、12周后三组患者的炎性皮损评分均降低(P<0.05),而且联合组的炎性皮损评分低于果酸组和胶原贴组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后6周、12周后三组患者的面部脂溢评分均降低(P<0.05),且治疗12周后联合组患者的面部脂溢评分均低于果酸组和胶原贴组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后6周、12周联合组和胶原贴组患者的角质层含水量均升高(P<0.05),且联合组角质含水量高于果酸组和胶原贴组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,联合组和胶原贴组患者治疗6周、12周后TEWL均降低(P<0.05),果酸组仅有治疗后12周TEWL低于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗后12周联合组患者的TEWL低于果酸组和胶原贴组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:果酸换肤联合胶原贴敷料治疗轻、中度寻常性痤疮疗效显著,能够缓解痤疮炎性皮损症状、减少面部溢脂,补充角质层水分,近期疗效较好。Objective To observe the short-term efficacy of Alpha Hydroxy acid peeling combined with collagen dressing in the treatment of mild and moderate acne vulgaris.Methods 120 patients with mild and moderate acne vulgaris were divided into three groups according to the treatment method:the Alpha Hydroxy acid group(Alpha Hydroxy acid peeling only),the collagen dressing group(collagen dressing only)and the combined group(Alpha Hydroxy acid peeling combined with collagen dressing),with 40 patients in each group.The score of inflammatory skin lesions,the score of facial seborrhea,cutin water content and transepidermal water loss rate(TEWL)were compared among the three groups.Results The total effective rate was 95.00%in the combined group,72.50%in the Alpha Hydroxy acid group and 85.00%in the collagen dressing group after 12 weeks of treatment.There was significant difference among the three groups(P<0.05).Compared with the pre-treatment,the scores of inflammatory skin lesions decreased in the 3 groups at 6weeks and 12 weeks(P<0.05),and the score of inflammatory skin lesions in the combined group was lower than that in the Alpha Hydroxy acid group or collagen dressing group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the scores of facial seborrhea in the 3 groups were all lower at 6 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment(P<0.05),and that in the combined group was lower than that in the Alpha Hydroxy acid group or collagen dressing group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the cutin water content in the combined group and the collagen dressing group increased at 6 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment(P<0.05),and that in the combined group was higher than that in the Alpha Hydroxy acid group or collagen dressing group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,TEWL in combination group and collagen dressing group decreased at 6 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment(P<0.05),while TEWL in the Alpha Hydroxy acid group was lower than before treatment only at 12 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).12 weeks after treatment,TEWL in combined group was
