摘　　要：目的:通过与改良面部除皱切口(MRI)比较,评价改良Blair切口(MBI)应用于腮腺浅叶肿瘤切除术中的治疗效果和美观度。方法:回顾性选择2017年7月-2018年7月收治的80例腮腺浅叶肿瘤患者,按随机计数法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,观察组采用MRI联合Dermabond粘合剂进行手术治疗;对照组采用MBI手术治疗。对比两组的手术时间、术中出血量和术后并发症、疼痛程度及切口美容评分。结果:术中,观察组的手术时间、术中出血量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组暂时性面神经麻痹、暂时性耳垂麻木和Frey’s综合征的概率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);术后,观察组的VAS评分小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组美容评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:MRI对于患者切口的美容度更高,疼痛感更少,手术效果更好,且并发症出现率更低。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and aesthetic value of modified Blair incision(MBI)for superficial parotid gland tumor resection by comparison with modified facial declination incision(MRI).Methods 80 patients with superficial parotid tumor admitted between July 2017 and July 2018 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random counting method.The observation group was treated by MRI Joint Dermabond adhesive combined with surgery,while the control group was treated by MBI surgery.The pain degree,incision cosmetic score,postoperative complications and operation conditions of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time and intraoperative blood loss in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The probability of temporary facial paralysis,temporary earlobe numbness and Frey's syndrome in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The cosmetic score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with MBI,MRI has higher incision beauty,less pain,better surgical effect and lower incidence of complications.
