协同护理模式对鼻畸形术后患者鼻腔清洁依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究协同护理模式(Collaboration Care Model,CCM)对鼻畸形术后患者鼻腔清洁依从性的影响。方法:采用便利抽样法,选择笔者医院2017年1月-2017年12月收治的行鼻畸形术术后患者72例,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组36例,其中对照组患者按照常规护理模式,研究组患者则按照协同护理模式进行干预。比较两组患者鼻腔清洁依从性,清洁效果及对护理的满意度。结果:干预后,观察组完全依从21例,大部分时间能做到10例,一半时间能做到5例,无做不到病患,而对照组完全依从10例,大部分时间能做到11例,一半时间能做到11例,偶尔做到4例,观察组患者鼻腔清洁依从性优于对照组(χ2=10.201,P=0.017)。观察组鼻腔护理效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.571,P<0.05)。结论:协同护理模式进行干预可明显提高鼻畸形术后患者鼻腔清洁依从性,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To investigate the study of collaboration care model on nasal cleaning compliance of postoperative patients with nasal deformity.Methods 72 cases with nasal deformity was selected from our hospital admitted from January 2017 to December 2017 with convenience samphng method.They were randomly divided into control group(36 cases)and observation group(36 cases).The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given CCM nursing.Compared the nasal cleaning compliance,cleanliness and satisfaction of nursing in the two groups.Results After the intervention,21 cases can complete compliance,10 cases can be done in most of the time,5 cases can do half the time,no patients can't do it in the observation group.While in the control group,10 cases can complete compliance,11 cases can be done in most of the time,11 cases can do half the time,four patients can do it occasionally,the observation group nasal cleaning compliance was better than the control group(χ2=10.201,P=0.017).Observation group nasal nursing effect was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.571,P<0.05).Conclusion The collaboration care model can obviously improve the nasal cleanliness compliance of the patients after the operation of nasal deformity,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
