摘 要:以有机硅粗单体中沸程70~140℃的混合物为原料,经水解和后处理制得副产硅油,探讨了水用量、水解时间、水解温度、后处理温度等对副产硅油性能的影响.结果表明,在水解温度25℃,塔底物馏分与水的质量比为1:1.5,水解2 h,后处理温度70℃,脱低温度160℃条件下制得的副产硅油无色透明,挥发分质量分数低于1.5%,收率50%.The silicone composites with a boiling range of 70-140℃ in the crude silicone monomer,the by-product of silicone oil was prepared by hydrolysis and post-treatment. The impacts of amount of water,hydrolysis time,hydrolysis temperature and post-treatment temperature on the performance of silicone oil were investigated. At the hydrolysis temperature of 25℃,the mass ratio of silicone oil and water is 1 ∶1.5,hydrolysis for 2 h,at the post-treatment temperature of 70℃,and de-low temperature of 160℃,the silicone oil is colorless and transparent,with less than 1.5 wt% of volatility and the yield of 50%.
