摘　　要：以三氟丙基甲基环三硅氧烷为主要原料合成了氟硅橡胶生胶,对其进行了红外光谱、核磁共振谱、摩尔质量的表征,并研究了反应时间和反应温度对氟硅生胶摩尔质量的影响.结果表明,所合成的聚合物为均聚氟硅橡胶生胶,具有线性体结构,在规模化生产中宜采用黏均摩尔质量来表征氟硅生胶的摩尔质量.聚合反应的最佳反应时间和温度分别为120 min和110℃.The fluorosilicone rubber was synthesized by trifluoropropylmethylcyclotrisiloxane( D3F) as the raw materials,and its functional groups were characterized by FTIR,1 H-NMR spectrum and molar mass. The effects of reaction time and temperature on the molar mass of the fluorosilicone rubber were studied. Results show that the synthesized polymer is a homopolyfluorosilicone rubber. The viscosity average molar mass is preferably used in the industrial production to characterize the molar mass of the fluorosilicone rubber. The appropriate reaction time and temperature for the D3^F polymerization are 120 min and 110℃,respectively.
