摘  要:以某钢厂130 t RH炉为研究对象,通过建立RH精炼过程的传质传热模型,并应用fluent求解器进行计算,对RH精炼脱氢过程进行了数值模拟。通过数值模拟实验得出,入炉钢水w(H)小于5×10-6时,w(H)上限小于2×10-6钢种高真空保压时间应大于10 min,w(H)上限小于1.5×10-6时高真空保压时间应大于12 min。Taking 130 t RH furnace in a steel plant as the research object,the mass and heat transfer model of RH refining process was established and calculated by fluent solver.The process of RH refining dehydrogenation was simulated numerically.The numerical simulation results show that when the H content of molten steel is less than 5×10-6,the holding time of high vacuum for steel with H content less than 2×10-6 should be more than 10 minutes,and the holding time of high vacuum for steel with H content less than 1.5×10-6 should be more than 12 minutes.
