摘　　要：通过对建材市场粉状物装料时容易产生扬尘原因的研究,采用先进的PLC自动控制技术和场雷达探头,实现收尘器的精准作业,使粉状物料散装过程的扬尘得到有效控制,既解决了料罐车装车存在外溢扬尘现象又提高了装车效率,同时降低了装车能耗,实现了装车设备清洁高效运行及自动控制启停。Through the research on the causes of dust-r aising during powder loading in building materials market,advanced PLC automatic control technology and field radar probe are adopted to realize the precise operation of dust collector,which can effectively control the dust-raising during bulk loading process of powder materials.It not only solves the problem of dust-overflow in tank truck loading,but also improves the loading efficiency,reduces the energy consumption of truck loading,and achieves the clean and efficient operation of loading equipment and automatic start-stop.
