摘  要:对电解镍气孔形成的原因从理论原理和实际生产操作影响因素、电解液中各种离子的浓度、有机物、pH值、电解液温度、电解液循环速度、隔膜袋、残极率进行分析,提出了预防气孔形成和消除气孔的方法和措施。并且针对不同的气孔颜色、形成部位以及气孔面积采取了相应的措施,有效地预防和消除气孔,减轻电镍产品的质量缺陷,提高了电解镍质量。The causes of formation of electrolytic nickel pore are analyzed from the theoretical principle and practical operation factors,concentration of various ions in electrolyte,organic matter,pH value,temperature of electrolyte,circulation speed of electrolyte,diaphragm bag and residual rate,and the methods and measures for preventing formation of pore and eliminating pore are put forward.Corresponding measures have been taken for different pore colours,forming sites and pore areas to effectively prevent and eliminate pore,reduce the quality defects of electrolytic nickel products and improve the quality of electrolytic nickel.
