摘 要:以发尘量较大的手工电弧焊为例分析焊接车间普通结构钢的焊烟成分,得出导致呼吸道疾病的烟尘颗粒直径大量集中在0.1~0.4μm之间;当下烟尘控制主要为置换通风,对于高大焊接车间单纯的运用置换通风还不足以排除室内污染物,引入诱导风机后,高速诱导气流可有序引导室内污染物,使焊烟质量浓度降低至国家强制性要求4 mg/m^3以下;对诱导风机收集起来的大量焊接烟尘,运用新型的电袋除尘器除尘效率高达99.97%。In this paper,taking the manual arc welding with large amount of dust as an example to analyze the composition of welding fumes of common structural steel in the welding workshop,it is concluded that the diameter of soot particles causing respiratory diseases is concentrated in the range of 0.1~0.4μm and the current soot control is mainly displacement ventilation.For the high welding workshop,the simple use of displacement ventilation is not enough to eliminate indoor pollutants.After the introduction of the induced fan,the high-speed induced airflow can guide the indoor pollutants in an orderly manner,so that the welding smoke mass concentration is reduced to the national mandatory requirement of 4 mg/m^3 or less.For large amount of welding fumes collected by the fan,the dust removal efficiency of the new electric bag dust collector reaches as high as 99.97%.
