摘  要:在对特种燃磷塔进行余热利用的技术改造过程中,反应塔底部余热回收一直是亟待解决的难点,在介绍特种燃磷塔塔内燃烧特性过程中,重点分析了特种塔底部的传热过程,并提出了底部余热回收的改造方案,根据热力计算对设计的模型进行实例分析,得出了最合理的导汽管尺寸和数量。通过水循环的计算校核,论证了底部强制循环方式进行余热回收的可行性。最后总结出特种燃磷塔底部余热回收的关键数据,为实际改造提供指导意义和工程应用价值。In the process of technological transformation of waste heat utilization for special phosphoric furnace,the bottom of the reaction tower has always been a difficult problem to be solved.In the process of introducing the combustion characteristics of special burning phosphorus tower,the heat transfer process at the bottom of the special burning phosphorus tower is emphatically analyzed,and the reconstruction scheme of bottom waste heat recovery is put forward.According to the thermodynamic calculation,the design model is analyzed and the most reasonable size and quantity of steam pipe are obtained.Through the calculation and verification of water cycle,the feasibility of the bottom forced cycle for waste heat recovery is demonstrated.Finally,the key data of waste heat recovery at the bottom of special burning phosphorus tower are summarized,which provides guidance and engineering application value for practical reconstruction.
