摘　　要：在分析产后尿潴留的流行病学、干预现状、中医病因病机以及治疗的基础上,进一步总结目前针灸干预产后尿潴留的研究概况以及存在的问题,提出今后临床研究的思路,并从腧穴特定性、针灸方法选择、心理护理干预等方面入手,探讨针灸干预产后尿潴留的临床科研思路及优化治疗手段,为针灸干预产后尿潴留的确切临床效果提供更有力的理论支撑。Research review of acupuncture in the intervention for postpartum urinary retention and the existing problems are further summarized by analyzing the epidemiology, intervention state, TCM cause and pathogenesis and therapeutic foundation, the thinking on further clinical study is raised, clinical scientific research thinking of acupuncture in the intervention for postpartum urinary retention is discussed, and therapeutic measures are optimized from acupoints specificality, the selection of acupuncture methods, psychological nursing intervention and others, in the wish of providing more powerful theoretical support for definite clinical effects of acupuncture in the intervention for postpartum urinary retention.
